Parenting NI will be hosting a free 90 minute session for parents around the theme of emotional health and wellbeing. The session will be taking place on Tuesday 5th December from 7-8.30pm via zoom and it aims to support parents to understand the importance of positive mental health, whilst sharing tips and strategies to improve wellbeing.
